Manpower PAMIERS is looking for its client, a player in the aeronautics sector, for a Methods and Quality Officer / Quality Pilot (M/F)

Product Quality Management

• Verify the conformity of manufactured products.
• Handle non-conformities and quality deviations.
• Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Rule on product conformity in case of anomalies.

Quality Project Management

• Deploy APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) methods.
• Ensure compliance with quality requirements in industrial projects.
• Manage PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) files.
• Write First Article Inspection (FAI) files.
• Ensure product compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the processing of non-conformities and customer complaints.
• Lead quality reviews and customer audits.
• Deploy APQP and PPAP methods on new developments.
• Monitor quality performance indicators and lead continuous improvement actions.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and the robustness of industrial processes.
• Bachelor's (Bac3) to Master's (Bac5) degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Mechanics, Materials, or Engineering.

Technical Skills

• Mastery of quality tools: APQP, PPAP, AMDEC (FMEA), 8D, QRQC.
• Knowledge of industrial and aeronautical quality standards.
