Commercial Buyer (M/F)

Job Description:

Manpower TOULON TERTIAIRE is looking for a Commodities Buyer (M/F) for its client.

Join a major player in the naval defense industry and participate in strategic projects within an innovative and demanding environment. Within the Purchasing Department, you will join a team dedicated to the procurement of services related to infrastructure and site services.

In this capacity, you will be required to:

• Lead supplier consultations and calls for tender
• Analyze technical and commercial offers
• Conduct negotiations in compliance with the purchasing strategy
• Draft and monitor supplier contracts
• Ensure the placement and follow-up of orders
• Implement performance indicators and dashboards
• Manage contract execution and ensure their proper application
• Participate in the optimization of costs, quality, and deadlines
• Work in collaboration with internal teams and external partners

You hold a higher education degree (Master's level/Bac+5) in Purchasing, Commerce, Supply Chain, or equivalent.

Ideally, you have initial experience in industrial or project purchasing.

You have mastered:

• Negotiation techniques
• Office tools, particularly Excel
• Professional English
