Jr. Supervisor (Puntarenas)

Job Description

Responsible for supervising the operational and commercial execution of the assigned promoters at different points of sale, ensuring compliance with guidelines, service standards, attendance, performance, and objectives established by the client. The position requires constant field presence, operational follow-up, and the ability to coordinate teams distributed across different locations.

· Main Functions

• Conduct periodic visits to the assigned points of sale.
• Supervise the management and performance of the promoters.
• Verify compliance with operational and commercial guidelines.
• Follow up on attendance, punctuality, and the daily management of personnel.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the execution of the promoters.
• Provide accompaniment and feedback in the field.
• Report incidents, findings, and visit results.
• Validate the correct implementation of promotions, displays, or commercial activities when applicable.
• Maintain constant communication with the corresponding coordination or management.
• Support the resolution of operational situations at the points of sale.

Mandatory Requirements

• Completed secondary education.
• Previous experience in personnel supervision (minimum 1 verifiable year).
• Availability to travel between different points of sale.
• Experience supervising promoters, merchandisers, or sales personnel.
• Basic English (A1/A2).

Schedule: Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Location: GAM Contract type: Indefinite term contract. Availability to travel/move: Yes, frequent visits to points of sale.
