Payroll Accounting Analyst

We are looking for a Payroll Accounting Analyst to join a strategic project focused on the transformation and optimization of payroll and accounting processes at an international level.

The main focus of this position is to collaborate between the Payroll Operations and Payroll Accounting teams for the Basic Cosmos Retir project. This project aims to retire the legacy Basic Cosmos system and replace it with Ops UI and Full Suite systems for the movement of payroll funds and their corresponding accounting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate activities and deliverables with Payroll Operations, Payroll Accounting, and Project Management teams.
• Participate in follow-up meetings with different countries involved in the project.
• Manage communication with external payroll providers.
• Validate that changes in accounting and operational reports comply with project requirements.
• Execute integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide support in initiatives related to the implementation of new systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related areas.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting positions.
• Advanced English is indispensable (oral and written).
• Effective communication and collaborative work skills.
• Knowledge or experience in project management (desirable).
