Jr Payroll Specialist / Payroll Analyst - Intermediate English

Are you passionate about the payroll area and do you want to participate in high-impact regional projects? We are looking for a Jr. Payroll Specialist to support payroll processes for the NORLA region and contribute to the implementation of a new payroll model within an important organizational project.

What will your challenge be? Provide support for the operational and analytical activities of the payroll area, ensuring the correct processing of updates, settlements, payments, and reports, as well as the timely handling of inquiries related to employee payments. Additionally, you will support the team during the execution of the implementation project for a new payroll model for the NORLA region.

What will you do?

• Manage the receipt and validation of payroll updates.
• Support the execution and monitoring of payroll runs.
• Perform analysis of accounting accounts related to the payroll process.
• Support the management of payments to third parties and government entities.
• Prepare and consolidate internal reports and reports required by government entities.
• Address employee inquiries related to their payments and payroll processes.
• Participate in activities associated with the implementation project of the new payroll model for NORLA.

What are we looking for?

• Professional or specialist in administrative careers.
• Experience in payroll runs for countries in the NORLA region (from Mexico to Peru).
• Knowledge in SAP and ADAM.
• Solid accounting foundations.
• Intermediate English level in conversation, reading, and writing.
• Analytical capacity, attention to detail, and teamwork skills. (Competencies inferred from the job functions; it is recommended to validate them with the client before publishing).

Offer conditions

• Location: Bogotá.
• Modality: Information not indicated in the requirement.
• Contract type: Work or labor for 12 months.
• Salary: $4.500.000.
