Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. · Participate in an international scope project!

We are looking for an analytical, organized, and detail-oriented person to support monitoring, validation, and information analysis activities within high-impact operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze information and monitor different operational processes.
• Monitor progress, updates, and action plans.
• Validate information and support control and quality assurance activities.
• Consolidate metrics, indicators, and reports for different stakeholders.
• Participate in meetings with local and international teams.
• Prepare executive presentations and management reports.
• Support the identification and resolution of operational incidents.
• Monitor activities and ensure compliance with established timelines.

Requirements

Professional in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, or related careers.

Minimum 1 year of experience in:

• Data analysis.
• Operations.
• Information management.
• Human Resources.
• Payroll.
• Administrative processes or related areas.

Intermediate English with the ability to participate in meetings and communicate with international teams.

Knowledge in:

• Intermediate or advanced Excel.
• Analysis and presentation of information.
• Preparation of reports and indicators.
• Relationship management with different business areas and stakeholders.
