We are looking for an Invoice to Cash Analyst with experience in Accounts Receivable processes, who wants to take on the challenge of managing and optimizing portfolio recovery for Latin American operations. We are looking for an analytical person, detail-oriented, with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

What will be your mission?
You will be responsible for the comprehensive administration of the Accounts Receivable process, ensuring efficient collection management, reconciliations, payment application, and dispute follow-up, contributing to the fulfillment of financial indicators and the proper recovery of the portfolio.
Main responsibilities
- Manage and monitor assigned accounts receivable.
- Perform follow-up and collection management with customers.
- Administer payment agreements, guaranteeing business continuity and company profitability.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and different internal areas such as Finance, Commercial, Customer Service, Logistics, and Compliance.
- Perform reconciliations and confirmations of accounts receivable balances.
- Obtain payment supports and ensure their correct application in the system.
- Identify uncollectibility risks and propose action plans for their mitigation.
- Manage and follow up on disputes related to invoicing and payments.
- Analyze portfolio trends and indicators to ensure the fulfillment of the area's objectives.
Requirements
- Professional in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related careers.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, Portfolio, or Collection processes.
- Intermediate English (b1+)
- Experience in collection management for LATAM countries.
What we offer
- Contract for a specific task or labor for 9 months.
- Salary of $3.500.000 COP.
- Hybrid modality (3 days in the office and 2 days from home).
- Schedule from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
