Purpose of the role:

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting support in key financial areas, leading the management of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and daily cash administration, ensuring the accuracy of financial information, the timely processing of payments and collections, and compliance with established internal controls.

Requirements:

  • Academic background: Professional in Public Accounting, Finance, or related fields. (Candidates with technical or technological training and relevant experience in similar functions will also be considered).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in processes of: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), accounting reconciliations, General Ledger, month-end accounting closes, bank reconciliations, recording accounting entries, electronic payment management, financial reports, account control and analysis.
  • Technical knowledge: Management of ERP systems or accounting software such as: Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / QuickBooks / Vista or similar tools.
  • Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in international corporate and financial environments.
