Refrigeration Technician / Container Refrigeration Technician - San Antonio

At ManpowerGroup Chile, we are looking for an EMR Reefer Assistance to perform in our client's operations, at their warehouse located in San Antonio.

This role is key to ensuring high quality and excellence in the service delivered to internal and external customers, controlling compliance with procedures in technical assistance performed both in port and at the plant, contributing to safety, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Main functions:

• Control technical assistance performed at the plant and port.
• Verify daily that requested assistance is attended to in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support during internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies established by HSSE, plants, and terminals.
• Ensure compliance with client policies and instructions regarding equipment repairs.
• Verify that providers and contractors execute works according to operating and safety procedures.
• Control the MRP spare parts process.
• Generate and report daily, weekly, and monthly quality control indicators.
• Attend to assistance requests from shipping lines and customers.
• Control the quality and costs associated with repairs.
• Coordinate the disassembly of TTL containers and the delivery of spare parts to the warehouse.
• Provide technical support to service providers.
• Support other EMR Reefer areas when required.

Mandatory requirements:

• Technical professional training in Electronics, Electricity, or Refrigeration.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions.
• Basic level Excel knowledge.
• Intermediate English level, both written and spoken.
• Experience in operations related to Reefer containers.
• Availability to work in San Antonio.
