Project Manager / Foreign Trade - Intermediate English

Job Description

An important multinational company is looking for a Project Manager to join its Distribution Center located in Quilicura, leading strategic projects associated with foreign trade, imports, and process optimization. The role will have a transversal focus, interacting with different business areas (commercial, operations, finance, and external partners), with the objective of improving efficiency throughout the value chain.

Main Functions

• Lead and manage multiple projects (30–40 in parallel) associated with import and export
• Coordinate multidisciplinary meetings for progress tracking
• Identify improvement opportunities in logistical and commercial processes
• Design and implement savings and efficiency initiatives
• Manage relationships with external partners (customs agencies and logistics operators)
• Represent the commercial area in foreign trade projects
• Prepare and control project schedules (Carta Gantt)
• Ensure continuous communication and feedback between areas

Requirements:

• Professional degree in Ingeniero Comercial, Ingeniero Civil Industrial, or related career
• Experience in project management
• Experience in foreign trade (import/export)
• Advanced handling of planning tools (Carta Gantt)
• Intermediate–advanced English level
• High capacity for analysis, organization, and working under pressure
• Communication and collaborative work skills

Working Conditions:

• Fixed-term contract for the project (6 months)
• Working day: Monday to Friday, 8:30 hrs
• On-site modality in Quilicura
• Salary: $2.201.220 CLP
• Meal allowance: $7.255 daily
• Shuttle bus.
