Bilingual Trainee Engineer - Antofagasta 7x7

On this occasion, we are looking for a committed and proactive Trainee Engineer to join a major multinational company leading in explosives for the mining industry.

Purpose of the Position

Participate in the Trainee Program, where for 12 months you will have the opportunity to rotate through different roles to achieve comprehensive knowledge of the area and the operation. This will allow you to acquire practical experience and accelerated learning in key positions such as: Blasting Programmer, QAQC, Plant Foreman, Supervisor Assistant.

Main Functions

• Support direct activities to ensure sustained production and the distribution of required products, optimizing the use of human, material, and capital resources.
• Ensure efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods and/or products.
• Comply with and promote respect for laws, regulations, and internal policies regarding safety, health, quality, and environment.
• Identify, report, and propose improvements in matters of safety, quality, sustainability, and productivity.
• Disseminate and maintain order and organization of designated workspaces for all plant or site personnel.

Who are we looking for?

• Mining Execution or Civil Engineers, with academic excellence, passion for mining, and commitment to safety.
• Recent graduates or with less than 1 year of work experience.
• Residence in the city of Antofagasta, Calama, or Copiapó.
• Valid Class B driver's license.
• Health compatible with the position.
