Research and Development Specialist Curauma - Industrial or Production Experience

At ManpowerGroup, we are looking for a Research and Development Specialist for an important industrial company located in Curauma, Región de Valparaíso. The main objective of the position will be to coordinate and monitor Research and Development projects, ensuring their correct planning, execution, and compliance with deadlines, while maintaining constant interaction with different areas of the organization, clients, and suppliers.

Main functions

• Manage and coordinate Research and Development projects from planning to implementation and monitoring.
• Consolidate information, prepare reports and indicators, and present project progress in a structured manner.
• Coordinate with Producción, Comercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logística, Calidad, and other involved areas.
• Maintain contact with clients and suppliers, identifying needs and following up on requirements or complaints.
• Propose corrective actions, preventive actions, and improvement opportunities regarding processes and products.
• Autonomously manage projects and responsibilities, maintaining coordination with the local and regional reporting structure.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Ingeniería Industrial, Química, Ingeniería de Procesos, Ingeniería Comercial, or other related careers.
• Experience in project management, research and development, production processes, continuous improvement, or related areas.
• Ability to consolidate information and prepare reporting using Excel, PowerPoint, and Office tools.
• ERP management; experience with systems similar to SAP will be valued.
• High autonomy, organization, analytical capacity, and ability to relate to different areas.
• Intermediate-advanced English, ideally conversational, due to interaction with regional teams.

Conditions

• Workplace: Curauma, Región de Valparaíso.
• Administrative workday of 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Flexible entry time, subject to coordination with management.
• Initial contract for 3 months with the possibility of becoming permanent thereafter.
