Your tasks

Job Objective Develop and manage a client portfolio in the field of international maritime and air transport, identifying business opportunities and generating competitive commercial proposals. Coordinate documentary management and processes associated with each operation, including customs requirements, in order to ensure efficient service and contribute to the growth of the business line.

Main Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients using various sources of commercial and foreign trade information.
• Develop commercial proposals, analyzing each client's needs and designing transport and logistics solutions tailored to their requirements.
• Quote and negotiate with clients and suppliers, seeking the best routes, rates, and commercial conditions for each operation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal areas for the correct execution of operations, ensuring compliance with agreed conditions and cargo security standards.
• Manage documentation and processes associated with foreign trade, including tracking and transmission of manifests to Customs when applicable.
• Analyze commercial and financial backgrounds of clients, contributing to profitable and sustainable business management.
• Maintain close and constant communication with clients, strengthening long-term commercial relationships.

Requirements

We are looking for people who have

• Training in Foreign Trade, Logistics, International Business, Commercial Engineering, Administration, or a related career.
• 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarder, freight agencies, international logistics, or foreign trade. (Mandatory)
• Knowledge of rates, routes, suppliers, and international transport solutions.
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP – Intermediate – Advanced.
• English proficiency – Intermediate.
• Availability to work in Quilicura (Hybrid Modality).
