Strategic Business Consulting Analyst

At ManpowerGroup, we are looking for a Strategic Consulting Analyst for an important company with more than 25 years of experience delivering operational continuity solutions in the mining industry.

The position will have a key role in the execution of the organization's strategic project portfolio, supporting decision-making through business analysis, market studies, modeling, and the development of initiatives that drive the company's growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead work fronts within corporate strategic projects.
• Participate in the design, analysis, and monitoring of initiatives defined within the company's strategic plan.
• Prepare market analyses, competitive evaluations, and business diagnostics to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop business cases, impact analyses, and modeling to support investment, expansion, and operational efficiency decisions.
• Support expansion, diversification, strategic alliance, and new business development projects.
• Design and strengthen methodologies, frameworks, and strategic evaluation tools.
• Coordinate with functional and operational areas to ensure the correct implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Consolidate progress information, indicators, and results of the strategic portfolio.
• Prepare executive presentations and reports for senior management.
• Guide and technically support analysts in the area, promoting good methodological practices and collaborative work.

Requirements:

• Professional degree in Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Electrónica, or a related field.
• Between 2 and 3 years of experience in strategic consulting, business analysis, corporate development, or strategic project management.
• Experience in preparing strategic analyses, market studies, and building business cases.
• Intermediate English (mandatory).
• Previous experience in strategic consulting (highly valued).
