We are looking for committed and proactive DATA AND MANAGEMENT CONTROL ANALYSTS to join an important company in the renewable energy and wind power generation sector.

Job Purpose
Responsible for controlling, analyzing, and monitoring strategic business information, providing support in budget construction and tracking, cost control, contracts, and financial results. Likewise, they must develop automation tools, executive reporting, and data analysis that allow for process optimization, identification of deviations, and support for business decision-making at a regional level. The position will have a strong orientation toward data analytics, KPI management, report automation, and the development of solutions in Power Platform.
Main Tasks (Functions)
- Creation of applications and automations in Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Create dashboards and automate them.
- Identify data trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for performance tracking.
- Data analysis, maintenance, structures in Power BI, and their presentations.
- Display all SAP and Salesforce reports in the planning department.
- Use Power Query and DAX for data transformation and analysis.
- Obtain data through meetings with the management team.
- Manage planning information for 3, 12, and 52 weeks.
- Elaborate indicators, statistics, and reports for decision-making.
- Maintain constant communication with different business areas.
- Perform daily and weekly management through macro and micro reports.
- Execute permanent data queries and information analysis.
- Work collaboratively with the director and commercial manager.
- Provide support in the control and monitoring of costs, contracts, and budget.
- Implement control tools and review processes to minimize P&L deviations.
- Guarantee support for the fulfillment of the company's cost and revenue objectives at a Latam level.
Mandatory Requirements
- Professional degree in Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Industrial, Control de Gestión, or a related career.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in functions related to data analysis, reporting, management control, or automation.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
- Advanced proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience in the development and maintenance of executive dashboards.
- Intermediate knowledge of SAP.
- Knowledge of programming and report automation.
- Intermediate English.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
- Experience in BigQuery, Google Colab, or Looker Studio.
- Experience in multinational corporate environments.
- Knowledge in budget control, financial analysis, and business KPIs.

Conditions
- Hybrid modality (3 days in person and 2 remote, subject to coordination with management).
- Location: Las Condes, Escuela Militar sector.
- Working day: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 18:00 hrs. with 1 hour for lunch, and Friday from 09:00 to 16:00 hrs.
- Initial fixed-term contract of 1 month, with the possibility of renewal based on performance.
- Net salary: $1,500,000.
