Manotick Main Dental is a busy, progressive and joyful dental office located in Manotick, Ontario.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is kind, friendly, organized, detail-oriented and who has a passion for providing exceptional customer service to patients.

*Expected Working Hours:*

Monday - Thursday: 8am - 5pm

Occasional Fridays: 8am - 3:30pm

*Experience:*

• Dental Receptionist Experience: 1 year (Required)

• Customer Service or Hospitality: 1-2 Years (Preferred)

*Duties and Responsibilities:*

• Greet patients and visitors positively with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Verify insurance coverage and assist patients and staff with billing questions.
• Maintain patient records and update electronic records.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.
• Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized.
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
