About the company

Manora Vikar ApS is looking for six reliable and responsible employees for temporary assignments with our clients in Copenhagen and Greater Copenhagen. We are recruiting both industrial cleaners and cleaning supervisors.

Your tasks

Industrial Cleaners – Your Responsibilities

• Cleaning industrial facilities, production areas, warehouses, and associated staff facilities
• Cleaning floors, surfaces, and equipment in accordance with the client’s instructions
• Using appropriate cleaning products and equipment
• Handling waste and maintaining hygiene standards
• Following workplace safety procedures and using the required protective equipment
• Reporting deficiencies, damage, and cleaning-related issues

Cleaning Supervisors – Your Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating daily cleaning tasks
• Allocating tasks and providing instructions to cleaning staff
• Training employees in cleaning methods, hygiene, and safe working procedures
• Inspecting completed work and ensuring compliance with agreed cleaning standards
• Following up on deficiencies and arranging corrective cleaning
• Monitoring supplies and coordinating orders for cleaning products and equipment
• Maintaining cleaning records and communicating with clients and employees

Requirements

For both roles, we value candidates who

• Follow hygiene and safety instructions
• Can communicate effectively with colleagues and clients

For industrial cleaner positions, previous experience in industrial or commercial cleaning is an advantage.

For cleaning supervisor positions, we expect relevant cleaning experience and the ability to plan tasks, guide employees, and carry out quality inspections. Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
