Position Description We are opening opportunities for a full-time on-site position as a Drafter located in Denpasar. This position is responsible for supporting architectural design development, assisting in the project development process, creating working drawings and technical details, ensuring alignment between design and project execution, and collaborating with the team to support overall project success. This position is also involved in integrating design solutions and supporting project coordination needs according to team directions.

Main Responsibilities Assisting architectural design development from the concept stage to detailed drawings. Creating and revising technical drawings according to project needs. Supporting coordination between the internal team and clients. Ensuring working drawings comply with construction methods and applicable technical standards. Participating in problem-solving during the design and project documentation process. Maintaining the accuracy, clarity, and quality of all project documents.

Qualifications Residing in Bali or willing to relocate. Minimum education of S1 Architecture or graduates of SMK Teknik Konstruksi dan Perumahan (TKP) / Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan (DPIB). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with at least 1 year of professional experience as Architect/Drafter and possessing a relevant project portfolio will be prioritized. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and other relevant design software. Having a good understanding of construction methods and the ability to read technical drawings. Possessing problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Having good communication skills and being open to feedback and evaluation. Able to perform design coordination between the internal team and clients. Able to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
