Mannesmann Precision Tubes GmbH is looking for a Head of Plant Controlling (f/m/d) for its headquarters in Hamm, effective immediately.

Location: Hamm / Nordrhein-Westfalen

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the plant controlling of domestic and foreign plants
• Functional and partial disciplinary leadership of employees, continuous optimization of workflows, and development of measures
• Management of special projects and their goal tracking
• Specifications for the allocation of costs within the group
• Support in formulating measures for cost reduction and/or efficiency increases
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, including inventory valuation, provisions, and physical inventories
• Improvement and further development of planning methods and tools
• Further development of controlling instruments in SAP with a focus on cost center, cost unit, contribution margin, and profit accounting
• Close cooperation with sales and process controlling
• Participation in the strategic further development of the group

Your requirements:

• Successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on Controlling/Accounting or comparable qualifications
• Several years of relevant professional experience in plant controlling within a manufacturing environment
• Leadership competence and willingness to cooperate
• Confident and routine handling of SAP, especially S/4 HANA
• Very good user knowledge in Office 365, especially Excel
• Sound knowledge in the area of cost accounting as well as in financial accounting and P&L
• Systematic, goal-oriented, and independent way of working, as well as strong analytical and communicative skills, and social competence at an international level
• Strategic thinking and presentation skills
• Very good English skills, ideally French and/or Spanish skills
• Willingness to travel
