Location: Bielefeld / Nordrhein-Westfalen

Your tasks:

• Central organization/ coordination of all internal and external information and goods flows for the plant
• Functional and disciplinary leadership of subordinate employees
• Control/ optimization of Working Capital and lead times
• Checking the conversion of customer orders into production orders
• Securing capacity planning with forecast and corporate planning in coordination with the plant on a monthly and annual basis, as well as for the budget planning period
• Preparation of order analyses, post-calculations, manufacturing cost analyses, and variance analyses
• Processing of personal, department-related, and plant-related goals and catalogs of measures
• Development/ implementation of strategies and projects for the process optimization of production planning processes
• Implementation of OEE/KVP goals for production planning
• Monitoring the development of investment objects in production planning
• Communication with plant management, sales, central planning, and plant departments regarding developments and projects in the area of production planning
• Review and compliance with quality, occupational safety, and environmental protection guidelines according to the management system
• Observation of IT security policies and the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz
• Promotion of cooperation with the Betriebsrat
• Support and promotion of the company suggestion system

Your requirements:

• Completed studies in the field of Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, BWL, or a comparable course of study with several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the metal-processing process industry
• Very good knowledge of Office 365 and SAP
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
• Independent, structured, and result-oriented working style as well as an analytical mindset
• Confident appearance and communication skills even in difficult situations
