Mannesmann Precision Tubes GmbH is looking for a Manager (m/f/d) for our plant in Bielefeld-Brackwede.

Location: Bielefeld ǀ Nordrhein-Westfalen

• Development, leadership, and motivation of employees at the site
• Ensuring delivery performance considering capacity utilization, productivity, costs, deadlines, and quality
• Planning, steering, and controlling production with the goal of timely delivery of internal and external customer orders with optimal working capital
• Development and coordination of the plant's monthly and annual planning regarding cost and performance indicators
• Securing the procurement of raw materials for the plant itself as well as partner plants
• Planning and monitoring of technical, organizational, and personnel measures for maintenance to secure and improve the availability of equipment as well as the site's infrastructure supply
• Ensuring and improving customer-oriented and economical quality as well as achieving a low complaint rate
• Participation in the development of strategic issues in the field of seamless precision tubes
• Further development of products and definition of R&D projects in cooperation with R&D and application technology
• Further development of production processes regarding an improvement in resource consumption, quality, and availability through appropriate measures and investments
• Further development of the quality management system, maintaining certification according to ISO /TS 16949 and ISO 9001
• Introduction or further development of energy management as well as initiation of measures for continuous improvement. Maintaining certifications according to ISO 14001, DIN EN ISO 50001, and ISO 45001
• Monitoring compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection regulations
• Representing the interests of the plant towards authorities, associations, customers, and other visitors
• Promoting cooperation with the works council

• Successfully completed (business) engineering degree in manufacturing technology, forming technology, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of sound professional experience in a technical environment, ideally in the metal industry or the automotive sector
• Know-how in a plant management function or comparable experience is desirable
• Strong cost awareness and result orientation
• Knowledge of modern management methods in production and in the continuous further development of methods, processes, and organizations
• Strong capacity for innovation and competence for change
• High resilience and flexibility
• Very good competencies in leading and motivating employees paired with excellent communication skills
• Modern IT skills (Microsoft 365, SAP desirable)
• Proficient English skills in speaking and writing
