Lead, manage, and develop the STEM Department across relevant school stages.

Develop and implement innovative STEM curricula aligned with educational standards.

Support and mentor STEM teachers through planning, classroom observations, feedback, and professional development.

Promote the integration of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics across learning experiences.

Plan and supervise STEM projects, experiments, activities, and hands-on learning experiences.

Monitor students’ academic progress and contribute to improving learning outcomes.

Coordinate lesson planning, assessments, resources, and departmental initiatives.

Encourage innovation, creativity, collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

Work closely with school leadership and other academic departments.

Oversee the effective use and management of STEM laboratories, equipment, and resources.

Participate in STEM exhibitions, school events, projects, and academic activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Education , or a related field.

Previous experience in a STEM leadership or HOD position is preferred.

Strong knowledge of STEM education and project-based learning.

Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and team-management skills.

Ability to mentor, develop, and evaluate teachers.

Strong curriculum planning and classroom observation skills.

Excellent English communication skills.
