F&B Executive

About the company

K Bowling Club is looking for a friendly and service-oriented F&B Executive to join our team. Your main role will be to prepare and serve food and beverages to our bowling guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience.

Your tasks

• Prepare food and beverages according to our menu and service standards.
• Take guest orders accurately and serve food and drinks to the bowling lanes and dining areas.
• Assist guests with menu enquiries and requests.
• Handle payments and operate the POS system.
• Clear tables and keep the preparation, service and dining areas clean.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish ingredients and supplies.
• Follow food hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
• Support the team during daily operations and events.

Requirements

• Friendly, responsible and comfortable interacting with guests.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Previous F&B experience is preferred.

Working Hours - 6 Days work week Rotating shifts

• 2:00pm–11:00pm
• 4:00pm–1:00am
