Chinese-English Translation

1、Daily Interpretation Responsible for real-time oral translation between the Chinese management team and Thai employees, as well as Thai partner departments, covering all scenarios including production, quality, engineering, HR, meetings, and on-site inspections, ensuring that instructions between superiors and subordinates are transmitted accurately and without deviation. 2、Document Translation Responsible for the bilingual translation and proofreading of various factory documents, including rules and regulations, SOP, reports, notices, training materials, customer audit materials, external correspondence emails, etc., unifying Chinese and English terminology standards to ensure documents are professional, rigorous, and error-free. 3、Meeting Support Participate in all types of factory management meetings, production regular meetings, and customer audit meetings throughout the entire process, responsible for on-site interpretation, meeting minutes, organizing bilingual meeting summaries, and simultaneously implementing the communication of meeting action items. 4、On-site Coordination Assist Chinese management personnel in on-site management, translating work instructions, abnormal issues, and rectification requirements; assist in handling production abnormalities, employee communication, and cross-departmental coordination to eliminate language barriers and ensure efficient operation of the factory area. 5、Document Management Responsible for the unified organization, updating, and archiving of all bilingual announcements, regulations, and forms in the factory area, maintaining the factory's standardized bilingual document database. 6、Temporary Support Cooperate with various temporary translation tasks such as factory reception, customer factory audits, government liaison, and new employee training, and assist in completing daily administrative support tasks.

Qualifications: Fluent in Chinese and English, clear and standard oral expression, proficient in reading and writing, able to skillfully handle professional translation related to factory production and management; Fluent in oral and written Chinese & English, familiar with factory production and management terminology. Strong ability to work under pressure, able to adapt to the factory environment, and follow on-site work arrangements; Able to work under pressure, adapt to factory working environment and follow on-site work arrangements. Careful and rigorous, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and comprehension skills, no major translation errors; Careful, responsible and good at communication, no major translation errors.
