QualityEngineer Ourclient is a semiconductor and electronics test solutions manufacturing company.They are currently seeking for Quality Engineer.
Your tasks
The responsibilityof the Quality Engineer includes
- Developand carry out qualification testing to verify that new product designs meet therequirements of their intended applications.
- Establishand conduct accelerated life and stress testing programmes to assess thedurability and performance of critical components.
- Analysetest results and reliability data using statistical methods, and compiletechnical findings into detailed reports.
- Assesscomponent quality and work with suppliers to address quality concerns andimplement improvement measures.
- Investigateproduct failures and technical issues, working alongside engineering teams toidentify root causes and determine appropriate solutions.
- Documentand monitor defects identified during qualification testing, ensuringcorrective actions are implemented and resolved within the required timeframe.
- Maintainproper housekeeping and uphold 5S practices within the accelerated life testinglaboratory.
- Carryout regular safety inspections and ensure laboratory equipment and testing instrumentsare properly maintained and kept in good working condition.
Requirements
JobRequirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a semiconductor or related high-tech manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of qualification test planning, test instrumentation, and problem-solving methodologies
- Solid background in statistical analysis (e.g., DOE, Cpk, t-test, regression, reliability analysis)
- Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Minitab and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
