Production Supervisor
A Semicon manufacturing company is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, manpower and quality performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve daily targets.
- Supervise and deploy operators/technicians effectively.
- Monitor production quality, productivity and downtime.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and work instructions.
- Coordinate with QA and other departments to resolve production issues.
- Monitor materials usage and minimise wastage.
- Prepare production and performance reports.
- Work closely with the team to maintain a safe and productive workplace.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, Mechanical, Electrical or related field.
- Experience in production/manufacturing supervision.
- Strong leadership, people management and problem-solving skills.
- Good decision-making and quality management skills.
- Able to work shifts.
