Your tasks
- To lead & drive all NPI activities within the plant
- To work & liaise with all relevant parties(internal, suppliers, customers, HQ/factory) on the product introduction include packaging.
- Knowledge in creating & modifying BOM structure for assembly process.
- Knowledge in SFC (Shop floor control) system & SAP maintenance.
- Understanding of assembly process.
- Involve in rack packaging design
- To lead/participate in Kaizen activities
- To support production on mass run.
- Participate in ISO audit both internally and externally
