FOOD SERVICE DISPATCHER

Graduate of BS HRM/Associate in Hotel and Restaurant or equivalents with background in Food dispatching Prepares mis-en place and other requirements for the Pantry Station. Prepares and makes some Dessert items to be served to our guests. Assists in the segregation of stocks that are issued to the kitchen Prepares accompaniments and condiments of the ordered food In- charge on the set up of Dispatching area.
