About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic quality and commercially driven Director of Food & Beverage to lead all dining, culinary, banquet and beverage operations across the resort. As a member of the Executive Committee, you will drive business performance, elevate guest experiences, develop high-performing teams and ensure exceptional quality across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Quality & Guest Experience
- Lead all Food & Beverage and Culinary operations, ensuring exceptional quality and service standards.
- Drive innovation, consistency and memorable dining experiences.
- Ensure compliance with Hygiene, HACCP and all other brand standards.
- Monitor guest feedback and lead service excellence initiatives.
People Leadership
- Lead, coach and develop a diverse Food & Beverage and Culinary team.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on engagement, accountability and growth.
- Drive talent development, succession planning and leadership capability.
Commercial & Business Performance
- Deliver revenue, profitability and productivity targets.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost control and menu engineering initiatives.
- Identify new revenue opportunities, partnerships and dining concepts.
- Drive commercial performance while maintaining guest satisfaction and quality standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality, Business or related discipline.
- 3 - 6 years of comprehensive Food & Beverage leadership experience in a luxury hotel, resort or integrated hospitality environment.
- Proven track record in multi-outlet operations, commercial performance and team leadership.
- Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
