About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, service-oriented Casual Spa & Gallery Attendant to join our team. You will support the smooth day-to-day operations of our Spa and Gallery areas while creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests at the Spa and Gallery areas in a warm and professional manner.
- Provide information on spa treatments, facilities, gallery exhibits and resort offerings.
- Assist with guest enquiries and direct guests to the appropriate team members when required.
- Support the preparation, cleanliness and overall presentation of the Spa and Gallery areas.
- Ensure treatment rooms, public areas and guest-facing spaces are maintained according to resort standards.
- Assist with basic administrative and operational duties, including bookings, guest information and daily checklists.
- Support the team during peak periods, special events and resort activities.
- Monitor and replenish amenities, supplies and retail items where required.
- Maintain a high level of guest service and respond appropriately to guest requests.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, spa, gallery, retail or guest service is an advantage.
- Friendly, approachable and confident when interacting with guests.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented with a positive and willing attitude.
- Able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Comfortable working on weekends, public holidays and shifts.
- Able to work in a fast-paced resort environment.
