We, MS QF GmbH, are developers of software for integrated management systems. With our products, we make it easier for our customers to implement and maintain certifications as well as to comply with customer quality requirements.

Our customers create and modify their documents using common MS Office applications, and audit-proof management is carried out using a SQL-Datenbank.

We would like to expand our small, powerful team and continue our growth, therefore we are looking for:

Employee (m/f/d) Software Customizing - Employee (m/f/d) for customer support - full-time

You are the link between our customer and our software department, you present our software solutions to prospects, train our customers if necessary, and maintain contact with customers and prospects.

For this task you need:

• enjoyment in contact with customers and prospects
• knowledge/application in quality management
• very good MS Office skills
• knowledge of SQL-Datenbanken
• English at least at level B1
