Qualified Order Management Specialist (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Administrative processing of customer orders throughout the entire order process – from order entry to on-time delivery
- Clarification of commercial issues within the assigned orders
- Central contact person for customers regarding organizational and technical inquiries, as well as schedule changes or disruptions
- Proactive coordination of solutions in the event of deviations or process disruptions in close coordination with internal interfaces
- Active participation in team- and department-wide cooperation to ensure a smooth order process
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training as well as specialist professional experience or comparable
- Strong customer orientation
- Communication and resilience skills in cross-interface cooperation
- User knowledge in handling SAP and/or S4/HANA desirable
- User knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Good English skills in speaking and writing
