The MANAGEMENT FORCE Group, which operates in the consulting services sector regarding Health and Safety, Environment, and Sustainable Development, is seeking a full-time Field Engineer.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conducting daily inspections and immediate reporting of findings with proposals for corrective actions
- Monitoring the implementation of corrective measures and providing updates on progress/pending items
- Supporting the Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment process through on-site observations and documentation
- Recording incidents, near misses, and assessment
- Coordinating with supervisors/departments in the field for the implementation of H&S instructions and policies
- Supervising contractors and reporting any deviations from H&S requirements
- Checking equipment, infrastructure, and personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting needs or deficiencies
- Contributing to the maintenance and strengthening of the safety culture through continuous field interventions
Required Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
- Very good knowledge of the English language and MS Office proficiency
- Driver's license
Desirable Qualifications & Skills
- Training in HSE matters (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 45001, incident investigation)
- Knowledge of Greek HSE legislation and basic safety regulations
- Educational skills and report writing ability
- Organizational, collaboration, and analytical thinking skills
