- Control, monitoring, and further development of global safety management in production sites, sales and after-sales operations, as well as international subsidiaries
- Advising plant managers, Managing Directors, and local safety officers on the implementation of the brand policy and the brand instruction for safety
- Functional leadership of a worldwide network of local safety officers
- Establishment and moderation of structured global communication and exchange formats
- Analysis of support requirements and coordination with subject matter experts from Corporate Security
- Monitoring the implementation of all regulatory, group-internal, and site-relevant requirements
- Completed university degree, preferably in safety management, Risk Management, technology, BWL, or comparable fields
- Several years of professional experience in international safety management or in safety-related governance functions
- Expertise in management systems, policy control, KPI, and audit structures
- Very good understanding of international production and service processes as well as relevant regulations
- Knowledge of risk analyses, maturity models, operator obligations, and organizational responsibility
- Strong ability to manage technical content on an international level
- High communication and advisory competence, tailored to the audience at the management level
- Structured, analytical way of working and the ability to prioritize complex topics
- Intercultural competence and international stakeholder management
- Assertiveness, standing, and the ability to escalate when necessary
- Very good English skills; willingness to travel internationally
- Flexible working hours through trust-based working time
- Up to 80% remote and working from other EU countries for 20 days/year
