Your tasks
- Functional and disciplinary leadership of the SMPG department with the areas of Product Management, Pricing, and eCommerce.
- Development and implementation of the strategic direction of product and price management for the worldwide MAN Original parts business.
- Responsibility for revenue, margin, and growth potential in the business with MAN Genuine Parts, MAN ecoline, MAN accessories, and MAN consumables.
- Further development and management of the international product portfolio throughout the entire product life cycle.
- Further development of modern pricing, discount, and Commercial Excellence strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Responsibility for product controlling as well as global revenue, margin, and budget planning.
- Identification and development of new market and business potentials in the global after-sales business.
- Responsibility for the further development of digital sales solutions and eCommerce offerings.
- Initiation and leadership of cross-departmental transformation, digitalization, and growth projects within MAN and the TRATON Group.
- Close cooperation with Sales Areas, markets, sales, engineering, purchasing, finance, as well as TRATON Group including the brands.
- Representation of the function in management committees as well as towards internal and external stakeholders.
- Active shaping of the future of the spare parts business, taking into account electromobility, sustainability, and market developments.
- Acting in an international environment with different cultures, markets, and business partners.
Your qualifications
- You have several years of leadership experience.
- You bring relevant experience in Customer Service as well as market experience in sales, ideally of service products and original parts.
- You have a completed degree in the field of industrial engineering.
- You are proficient in English.
- You can inspire, motivate, and align employees towards new tasks.
- You drive the change required by the current transformation and take your employees along with you.
- You can interact empathically with stakeholders and convince them.
- You are assertive and represent the interests of SMPG towards internal and external stakeholders.
