Job Description & Requirements
Man Fut Tong Nursing Home is participating in the Career Conversion Programme (CCP) for Registered Nurses (Diploma) for the April 2027 intake and Registered Nurses (Degree) for the August 2027 intake.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and monitor residents’ health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assess residents’ needs and maintain accurate nursing records.
- Work closely with the healthcare team to provide quality care.
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards and infection control procedures.
Requirements
- Possess a recognised Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
- Eligible for registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Have a passion for caring for elderly residents.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
