Sales Manager

Malti Pet Grooming & Hotel is a premium pet care concept in Yerevan, combining professional grooming, pet hotel services, a curated pet shop, and exceptional customer experience.

We are looking for a Sales & Customer Experience Manager who will be responsible for managing grooming bookings, driving pet shop sales, and ensuring that every customer receives a high-quality, personalized experience.

Manage and coordinate grooming appointments and bookings

Communicate with clients via phone, social media and messaging platforms

Welcome clients and provide a warm, professional customer experience

Consult customers on grooming services and help them choose the most suitable options

Handle sales in the pet shop, including product recommendations and upselling

Coordinate closely with groomers and the hotel team to ensure smooth daily operations

Maintain Malti’s premium service standards and brand image

Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or similar fields is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sales and negotiation abilities

Organized, responsible and detail-oriented

Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment

Customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of service

Confident communication in Armenian and Russian; English is an advantage

Experience working with booking/CRM systems is a plus
