Your tasks

Project Management

• Define project objectives, scope, dependencies, risks, and governance.
• Secure sponsorship, estimate resource requirements (HC & budget), and align with Group TOM.
• Coordinate project stakeholders and lead project kick-off activities.
• Manage project roadmap, resources, priorities, and funding.
• Apply Agile and global program methodologies throughout project delivery.
• Monitor, mitigate, and escalate risks and issues as required.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management.

Analysis & Design

• Oversee current-state assessment, gap analysis, and TOM alignment.
• Structure and manage project backlog.
• Ensure business and technical requirements are documented as user stories.
• Coordinate internal teams and vendors to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.

Execution & Delivery

• Manage and track project execution activities and timelines.
• Ensure quality and completeness of project documentation.
• Oversee testing activities to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Manage IT and vendor resources to meet project objectives.

Project Closure

• Gather stakeholder feedback and review project outcomes.
• Identify best practices, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities.
• Update project management methodologies and toolkits accordingly.

Functional & Technical Leadership

• Provide guidance to Business Analysts on functional analysis and documentation standards.
• Support solution design by contributing Trade Finance market expertise.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables from BA, IT, and vendor teams.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration to support successful project implementation.
