Your tasks
What awaits you in the role?
- End-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions, including Flow and working with Titan
- Leading implementation processes for leading customers and adapting the system to business needs
- Full support for CRM system users, managing organizational applications, performing testing, and deployment (Go-live)
- Implementation of processes, customizations, characterization, and development of solutions, writing characterization documents, and defining requirements
Requirements
- Over two years of experience in Salesforce implementation
- Experience working with Sales Cloud
- Experience working with Titan
- Ability to lead customers and understand business needs
- High level of English
