NOC Operator

A leading national organization is looking for a NOC Operator to join a professional team dealing with critical systems. The role includes operation, monitoring, and control of critical systems and services, working with advanced monitoring systems (Brodcom), providing real-time troubleshooting, event analysis and ongoing documentation, as well as managing an incident log and writing post-mortems. Full-time position in morning and afternoon shifts in Tel Aviv, with an expected future expansion to a 24/7 format including weekends.

• At least six months of experience in a NOC/SOC team
• Experience in user support and the ability to analyze and resolve faults
• Technical knowledge and proficiency in Office applications
• Experience working with incident management systems / ticketing systems / monitoring systems such as Brodcom
• High level of English
