About the role UK Medical Clinics is seeking a proactive, reliable and well-organised individual to join our Alexandria office. As an Office Administrator, you will support the day-to-day running of the office and help ensure smooth coordination across our UK-affiliated medical clinics. This role requires excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
- Office and clinic administration
Assist with the preparation and setup of clinic sessions.
Keep the office, equipment and clinical materials clean, organised and ready for use.
Monitor office supplies and ensure essential materials remain available.
Coordinate arrangements for patient appointments and follow-up activities.
- Communication and correspondence
Communicate professionally with patients by telephone and email in both English and Arabic.
Schedule appointments and manage patient follow-ups.
Respond promptly and professionally to general enquiries.
Translate written and spoken communication between English and Arabic when required.
Handle confidential patient information carefully and professionally.
- Team support
Work closely with a small, focused team to achieve operational goals.
Assist with task tracking and maintaining an efficient workflow.
Prioritise work effectively and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Contribute to ongoing improvements in office systems and service quality.
Required qualifications and skills Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
Excellent communication and translation skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Confidence using email systems and general office software, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively and work accurately under pressure.
Professional, reliable and attentive to detail.
Must live in Alexandria and be able to work from the office.
A graduate of a local university is preferred.
