Reservations Agent

Makryammos Hotel, a 5-star hotel in Thassos, is looking for a Reservations Agent for permanent, annual employment. Required Qualifications: ​ Permanent resident of Thassos (accommodation is not provided) Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of an additional foreign language will be particularly appreciated (German, etc.) Knowledge of reservation programs/systems and good computer skills (MS Office, email) Organizational skills and attention to detail Management of reservations via telephone, email, and online platforms Communication with guests and travel agencies Previous experience in a similar position in a hotel will be appreciated Benefits: Annual, stable employment (not seasonal) Pleasant working environment in a 5-star hotel
