Engineer in Production Engineering (Manufacturing)

1. Improve manufacturing process to enhance productivity, quality and cost efficiency.
2. Analyze production problems, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
3. Monitor machine performance and equipment condition to improve reliability and availability.
4. Support new model launch, machine installation, prepare production-related document and production line improvement projects.
5. Design and improve jigs, fixtures and work standards to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
6. Coordinate with related departments and overseas factories for engineering activities.
7. Achieve department KPIs in Productivity, quality, Cost and Delivery (PQCD).
8. Execute cost reduction and productivity improvement projects to achieve annual targets.
9. Support production transfer and new model launches to ensure stable quality and on time delivery.
10. Complete engineering projects within the planned schedule and budget.

Qualifications: Gender : Either อายุ 22 - 30 ปี Engineering Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or any related fields 3 years' experience in Production engineering Knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering, Continuous Improvement and Kaizen Experience in Manufacturing Process improvement and and problem analysis Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of PLC, automation systems, pneumatic systems and industrial machinery will be advantage Experience in Electric motor manufacturing will be advantage
