The Company

Makin A/S develops machine control systems for earthmoving equipment, with a clear ambition to make a noticeable impact in the market. Since our establishment in 2018, we have built one of the preferred machine control systems in Scandinavia and continue to expand into new markets. We are now looking for a new colleague to join our Support Team.

Makin’s support organization is based in Odense, Denmark, and you will work closely with the team here. The position offers hybrid flexibility, but preferably you will be able to spend weekly time at the office. We collaborate closely with our distributor and key account network - both in developing new solutions and in supporting daily operations.

Within the Support Team, we value initiative, teamwork, a sense of humor, and a strong dedication to customer success.

The Position

We support our international distributors and key accounts with everything they need to grow their markets—troubleshooting, training, spare parts, service offerings, technical documentation, e-learning, and more.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting distributors and key accounts with remote troubleshooting of software solutions and hardware

Driving product adoption among existing distributors through training and knowledge sharing

Capturing and communicating customer needs across the organization

Creating and maintaining content for our knowledge base

Visit distributors and key accounts for on-site training and occasional troubleshooting.

The Candidate

You have a relevant technical background that enables you to collaborate with technicians and engineers to find effective solutions. Your experience may come from technical support, customer success management, or similar role.

Experience with automation, machine control, or digital construction is preferred.

You should expect some travelling to our closest partners.

Qualifications:

Proven ability to build and maintain strong partnerships

Excellent communication skills and a structured approach to work

Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage

3–5 years of relevant experience

Genuine curiosity and interest in working with both hardware and software

What We Offer

You will join a team of highly skilled colleagues in an environment where customer needs guide our work and collaboration is key. At Makin, we value autonomy—so you should be both disciplined and structured in your approach.
