For an Identity & Access Management (IAM) project, we are looking for a person who will support the organization in managing IAM processes, controlling permissions, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and security requirements. If you have experience in the area of IAM, Access Governance, certification of permissions, SoD, or IT Compliance and you excel in process-oriented work – this role may be for you. Scope of cooperation In this position, you will be responsible for: managing, implementing, monitoring, and auditing IAM processes in the organization, conducting and monitoring the certification of permissions process, implementing and monitoring the reconciliation of permissions process, supervising the Authorization Concept documentation, developing and implementing IAM process control mechanisms, implementing and monitoring the Segregation of Duties (SoD) process, monitoring queues and performing tasks in accordance with established SLA levels, preparing and updating documentation and instructions, cooperating with teams participating in IAM processes and with the central IAM team (HQ), monitoring compliance with IAM standards through controls and reviews, supporting activities that increase awareness of IAM processes in the organization, ensuring the implementation of HQ IAM requirements in local companies, preparing reports related to IT Compliance and the Internal Control System, responsibility for certification, reconciliation, and SoD processes. Requirements

What do we expect? approximately 3 years of experience in the area of IAM / Identity Governance / Access Management, practical knowledge of processes related to access and permission management, experience in the area of Access Certification / Access Review, knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) issues, experience working with processes, controls, or compliance, skills in preparing documentation and reports, good knowledge of MS Office, English language at a minimum C1 level, accuracy, responsibility, and attention to quality, communication skills and the ability to cooperate with different teams, independence, initiative, and commitment. Nice to have experience in a corporate or international environment, knowledge of IGA/IAM class tools, e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity, or Omada, experience in the area of IT Security / IT Compliance / Internal Controls, knowledge of audit processes related to system access.
