About the position We are looking for a person who will analyze business needs, design system solutions, and collaborate with IT teams in the development and maintenance of applications in the financial sector.
- Analysis of business and system requirements and preparation of documentation.
- Process modeling and designing integrations between systems.
- Collaboration with developers, testers, architects, and the business.
- Preparing User Stories and acceptance criteria.
- Verification of implemented solutions and testing support.
- Identifying problems, risks, and opportunities for system improvement.
Requirements
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases, e.g., PostgreSQL.
- Ability to model processes in BPMN and UML.
- Experience in system analysis and creating documentation.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architect, Jira, Confluence, and Git.
- Knowledge of system integrations and REST API.
- Ability for analytical thinking and effective teamwork.
- Knowledge of English at a level enabling work with documentation and project communication.
Nice to have
- Experience in the banking or financial sector.
- Knowledge of UAT tests, Swagger/OpenAPI, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Practice working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
