Your tasks
- Develop cost-effective procurement strategies and manage purchasing activities
- Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance
- Coordinate purchase orders, delivery schedules, and procurement documentation
- Collaborate with engineering, finance, and project teams to meet operational needs
- Monitor procurement costs, ensure compliance, and track supplier performance using Odoo ERP
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in the oil and gas industry
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and supply chain operations
- Experience in supplier management, contract negotiation, and purchase order processing
- Proficiency in Odoo ERP, with strong analytical, negotiation, and organisational skills
- CIPS membership (an added advantage)
