Credit Controller

We are looking for a Credit Control Specialist to join our Finance team. The role will be responsible for managing customer credit limits and payment terms, monitoring accounts receivable and overdue balances, and identifying potential credit risks. The position will work closely with the Accounts Receivable, Collection, and Commercial teams to ensure effective credit control, minimize overdue exposure, and support healthy cash flow. The role will also be responsible for preparing credit risk and aging reports, maintaining accurate credit documentation, supporting credit policy implementation, and ensuring proper credit-control processes through Odoo . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable , with solid analytical skills and the ability to assess customer credit risk and take appropriate action when required.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field .

4–6 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Credit Control, or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of AR aging, overdue balances, and customer credit risk analysis .

Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Distribution industry is preferred.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel .

Previous experience with Odoo is preferred.

Good knowledge of ERP systems and financial processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent follow-up and attention to detail.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work effectively with Finance, Collection, AR, and Commercial teams
