Collection Representative

Job Purpose Execute customer collection activities and support timely recovery of outstanding Ronesca receivables. Key Responsibilities Follow up customer outstanding balances.

Execute collection plans for assigned customers/territories.

Maintain collection documentation.

Coordinate customer issues with AR.

Follow up overdue invoices.

Report collection status and unresolved issues.

Ensure collected amounts are appropriately documented and deposited.

Support customer balance confirmation when required.

Maintain accurate collection information within Odoo.

Bachelor's degree or relevant commercial/accounting background.

2–4 years of collection experience preferred.

Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Pharmaceutical/distribution experience preferred.

Odoo experience is preferred; candidates should be comfortable working within an ERP-based collection process.
