About the company
Overview Majestic Minds Mental Health and Autism Services is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Speech language Pathologists! We are an advanced behavioural networking team dedicated to supporting special needs clients on their unique journeys. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and assistance to individuals in need.
Your tasks
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Eliciting, collecting and recording client response data
- Planning and explaining carryover activities to others (e.g., home programs)
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and families to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain detailed records of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Stay current on advancements in speech therapy techniques and technologies.
- Supervising CDA's for mutual clients
Requirements
Licence/Certification
- CASLPO (required)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working with children with Autism
- Familiarity with medical terminology and case management practices.
Education
- Master's Degree (preferred)
